Life Away From Home

Life in the life of Ainsley Daumler has changed recently to that of being a light. The phrase has meant a lot to me before but even more so now, being in a non-Christian environment with many negative comments towards Christianity, many swears going around and lots of sexual comments sprinkled on top. I've never before known such a community in my life. I have seen many tings, but not to this extent.
In the mix of all this though, I find that my Faith is getting stronger, I'm realizing more and more how much God means to me, how I need to stay close to Him and let Him work in me. I'm finding friends here that I thought would never in a million years would be friends. God is turning my view of life upside down!
In the mist of all I have found a very select few that have come to the same conclusions as I about my faith and how it fits with my actions and words.
Other then the spiritual side life here, Summer School is very interesting and I'm learning lots. Being in the Passion Play is awesome. God is working something very special at rehearsals, because the air is thick with Him. yesterday the moon showed up early in the sky and during the crucifixion scene, if you looked from the right angle it looked like a halo on Jesus' head.

Life is changing, and I believe it's for the good. I can't wait to see what God has for me in the next two weeks here in Drumheller, God is good!

In Christ,

-Ainsley
